ORDERING

When Will I Receive My Order?

Our typical production and shipping times are:

  • Meditation Products: Ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Other Lifestyle Products: Ship within 5–7 business days.

Please check individual product descriptions for any exceptions.

When Is My Credit Card Charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Please email us at business@ichorient.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Note: Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. If the order is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

What is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.

Shipping & Transit Times

Transit times vary depending on location and shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note, all international sales are final and certain bulky items may not be eligible for international shipping.

How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Small packages may be shipped to P.O. Boxes, but in many cases we will require a physical address which could delay shipment.
